What do I have to do in order to play at the Club Dice Casino?

After downloading the software, what do I do next?
Double-click the icon of the downloaded program, SetupClubdice.exe. The installation wizard will guide you through the entire installation process.
Once you have installed the software, you will be asked if you wish to play for in a « fun mode » or « real mode ». On the fun mode, you play with fake money. It is good for beginners who want to practise before starting with the « real thing ».
On the « real mode », you play with your money, which you have deposited in the cashier via Credit Card, or one of the alternative payment methods we offer. Playing for real will allow you to win for real!
How do I register and open an account?
When opening an account in the Real Money Mode, you will be requested to fill up a registration form, with your personal details (name, address...). This information is kept strictly confidential. We do not share it with any third party or organization.
Once this is done, you will be sent automatically to the cashier, in order for you to make a deposit and start going for the jackpot!
I already have an account, but I forgot my password or username. What do I do?
Your account password is one that you have chosen. Your username was assigned to you upon registration.

from the e-mail address registered in the casino, with the following details verification:
Your first and last name as given when signing in.
E mail address as given when signing in.

What should I do if I receive a message « Account not found. Please verify your account information and try again."?
It is possible that you are trying to enter the DEMO mode casino with a REAL mode username and password
or enter a REAL mode game with a DEMO username and password.

What should I do if I can't find the Club Dice Casino icon on my desktop?
If the Club Dice Casino icon is not on your desktop and you can't remember where you saved it,
please follow these steps:
Click on the START menu at the bottom left corner of your screen.
Choose 'Find' than 'Files or Folders'.
Where is says 'named', type 'Club Dice casino.exe' and click 'Find now'.
The computer will now search for the file.
If you get a file under the name 'Club Dice casino.exe' in the bottom window,
it means that the file was found. Double click on it to immediately run it or right click
on the mouse button and choose 'Create shortcut' to create a shortcut for it on you desktop.
If the computer has finished the search and there is no file name in the window,
it means that the file was not found. In this case if you do not have another hard drive (except c:)
you will have to repeat the download process.
